Refund policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@dreamonwall.com and provide us with a description of the issue. We will then assess the issue and, if deemed to be a defect or damage caused during shipping, we will offer you a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. In case we are unable to produce the replacement we will issue a refund.
Please note that our policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by customer negligence.
